If you wish to delete your account created in the apps ecosystem of Pessl Instruments Ges.m.b.H., the best option is to follow the dedicated procedure included in our web and mobile app account settings.
Navigate to 'User Profile > Account Settings > Close Account', a code for account deletion will be sent to the registered email address. After entering the code in the app, you can proceed with the account deletion procedure.
Your account and the included personal data and settings will be deleted from our services within 24 hours.If for any reason the procedure is not working and you have any question or need additional help, please submit a ticket to our Support team at METOS® support center or email to privacy.policy@metos.global.
