Prior to use, verify the product arrived in good condition.
Dualex update is detailed in the sections 2.3.2.1 and 2.3.2.2 of the Dualex - Manual and on our homepage under METOS User Area > FW Upgrade Video.
1) Upgrading from version 3.x.x or older: A factory recalibration is strictly required. Please, send your Dualex device to Pessl Instruments for the firmware upgrade. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PERFORM THIS UPGRADE YOURSELF. 2) Upgrading from version 4.0.0 or newer: The firmware upgrade to version 4.1.0 can be performed directly at your location. While factory calibration is not mandatory, we recommend it for optimal precision.
